CITY TOUR

Enjoy a city tour in Zanzibar historical Stone Town. You will visit the historical site, the bustling market, the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum and the site of the former slave market at the Anglican Cathedral Church.

Enjoy the walking through the narrow streets to explore the curved doors, different stone building architectures.

SPICE TOUR

You will be met by your guide for Spice Plantation tour where numerous spices and fruits grow in abundance.  You will be able to visit Maruhubi Ruins Palace and the Persian Baths built by the first Sultan Said for his Persian wife on the way to the plantations. Spice like ginger root, turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom, vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon etc will be offered to you to smell or even to take a bite. JOZANI FOREST TOUR

Jozani forest boasts an eclectic bio-diversity, with many strange and wonderful animals residing in. The forest is a home to the few remaining red colobus monkey in the world which are the most famous inhabitants of the forest. They roam freely through the reserve and they can be viewed at close quarter. But keep your eyes open and you may lucky enough to see Sunnis (small deer), chameleon or even leopard!! Later after the monkey visit, you will have walk on a mangrove board walk to visit different types of mangroves which are available on the Island. The different variety of birds can be sported seasonally. Many more forest inhabitants are possible to be seen if you have sharp eyes and car

DOLPHIN TRIP

CULTURAL TOUR

An hour and half  driving which takes you to Kizimkazi to the southern part of the island. Kizimkazi is a traditional fishing and farming village. It has a long history dating in the 12 century. It is the first place visited by the Persian who built a mosque in 1170. In the mosque are inscription written in KOFIC. The exceptional long graves here are still a misery. A wall whose remains are visible even today formerly surrounded the village.

Most residents of this village are fishermen but are also small farmers. Typical activities include food gathering, artisanship and businesses. You will enjoy seafood and locally grown fruits and root crops such as cassava, bananas and coconuts too. A visit to Qur-ani School and traditional drama and dance are arranged

PRISON ISLAND

Prison Island or Changuu Island is in the middle island of the islands visible from Stone Town. The island has become a small tourist resort, where you can relax, walk around to see the Giannt Aldabra Tortoises or beautiful peacocks, swim or snorkel around the coral reefs. The island is a former quarantine hospital in the last century, it has frangipani lined paths around the island where former patents took their evening walks. In 1883, a jail was built on the island, (thus its name “Prison Island”) but never used. Sultan Said brought giant tortoises here from the Seychelles around 1820. There is white sandy beach to relax on and it is also possible to snorkel around the island, our boatman will drop you where beautiful coral are shining with small colorful colors. There is restaurant housed in the old hospital for fresh cold drinks.

CHUMBE ISLAND

The trip takes you from the Mbweni Ruins hotel to the Marine Reserve surrounding Chumbe Island. The marine is protected and is in pristine condition where many different types of marine life can be viewed whilst snorkeling. There is also a nature Sanctuary Trial around. On the island there is also some ruins of an ancient mosque and a 19^th century British Naval Lighthouse. An excellent sea food lunch is provided and drinks. RATES - FOR THE DAY TRIP:

DHOW SUNSET CRUISE

The Dhow is a traditional sailing boat of the type used for centuries for carrying cargo between Zanzibar and the Arabian Gulf. She has been converted into a beautifully restored sailing vessel, which will give you an insight into the real Zanzibar.
